We are going with 20 deep cycle batteries rated at six volts, 205Amp hours C/20. These will be wired in series to achieve 120Volts nominal. Seems like fifteen batteries will sit in the back of the jeep and five up front. I figure we removed 700 pounds worth of gas engine so the front is okay. The back will have an extra 950 pounds, similar to two military soldier and their gear!
