Test Run

One of the first driving experiences.

Moved to a new shop/office, 1120A Kensington.

New turn signals/hazard light control installed.

Batteries loaded into rear of jeep.

Five batteries in the front. 

 Charger 120/240VAC to 120VDC
should take 6/12 hours for complete charge

Batteries in rear of Jeep

Kelly controller mounted.

 Warp 9 motor mounted in engine compartment.

 

 Airbags in rear suspension to hold the extra weight of batteries.

Motor mount done!

 Here we got the final measurements to complete motor adaptor plate

motor hub, flywheel, and motor all connected

 Installed flywheel to motor hub

Finally we have moved into a real shop, >3500 square feet of Heaven.
