Montana Backwoods Shop (Costco $195)

The front grille is on a hinge, how sweet!

Warp 9 accessory shaft, we will not be needing this!

So the challenge, make the electric motor match the gas

The wire arrives.  We now have a direct distributor license with Cobra Wire.
Made in the USA, this is very fine stranded flexible wire and is UL listed for battery wire.
We are using size 4/0.  This is based on the 800 Amp controller we are using.

Cardboard "mock up" of proposed bell housing adapter plate.

Wooden motor mount, cardboard motor to bellhousing adapter, and of course
Montana backwoods foam insulation motor!  (foam is light weight)

Proposed battery box in front of Jeep

The start of rear battery box cover!

Front battery box.  White oak was used and encased by metal angle iron.

This is one panel, reflection from "overhead door"

auto cad adapter plate for flywheel to electric motor hub.
